Open gym, come in and use weights, equipment, bags etc.
5:00pm - 6:00
Kids Program bully safe oriented, jiu jitsu, boxing / kick boxing basics & fitness, ages 5-10.
6:00pm - 7:15
Shoot Wrestling, GI, all skill levels, ages 12 and up.
7:30pm - 8:30
Kick Boxing, all skill levels, ages 12 and up.

WEDNESDAY

5:00pm - 8:30

6:00pm - 7:15
Wrestling all skill levels, ages 12 and up.

Boxing all skill levels, ages 12 and up.

THURSDAY

    Supervised boxing sparring.

SATURDAY

12:00pm - 2:00
Open gym, come in and use weights, equipment, bags etc.
7:00pm - 8:30
Competition / fight team training, Boxing, Kick Boxing and MMA.

SUNDAY

2:00pm
Gym available for private training after 2pm.
